Support Coordination

We’re here to help you.

We believe that every person has the right to live a full, productive life in their community. However, if you or a loved one is living with a disability, it can be difficult to find the support and resources needed to maintain relationships, live independently and be included in your community.

That’s where we come in. We’re Platinum Support Coordination and our mission is to help NDIS participants live their best lives. We provide a wide range of supports so that you can make informed choices about your life, or your loved one’s, and become active members of the community you live in.

We can help you: 

-Access the NDIS and other required support services.

-Plan out your funding allocation so you can make informed decisions about your supports.

-Find out about the services available in your area.

-Get answers to questions you may have about the NDIS.

-Helps you understand your NDIS plan, building independence and capacity.

We know that what works for one person won’t necessarily work for another and that’s why we create individual plans based on your unique needs. We’ll work closely with you to understand what your goals are and then develop strategies that meet these. 

Platinum Support Coordination offers Level 1 and 2 supports for our clients.
